Metaskills
Methodology

A proven methodology behind every simulation

Metaskills combines experiential learning, realistic scenarios, behavioural feedback and AI-powered coaching to help people practise human skills in a safe and measurable way.

Training methodology connecting learning theory, scenario design, avatar psychology, AI feedback and competency measurement.

Learning philosophy

Experience before theory

You start in the conversation, not in a slide deck. Theory comes after the simulation, as an explanation of what actually happened in your own attempt.

Safe practice

A hard conversation is rehearsed in a simulation, not on a real colleague or patient. A mistake here has no consequences — you simply run the scenario again.

Feedback and repetition

After each attempt you get feedback on specific choices in the conversation, then run the scenario again. Repetition is what turns an insight into a habit.

How a scenario is created

1

Define competency

2

Design realistic situation

3

Create avatar and context

4

Build tension and decision points

5

Define feedback criteria

6

Test and improve

Avatars with context, personality and emotional reactions

Our avatars are designed to behave like people in real workplace or healthcare conversations. They can represent different needs, emotions, personalities, seniority levels and communication styles.

Contextual feedback with multiple possible response paths.

We don’t teach one perfect answer. We develop flexibility.

Metaskills evaluates how the user responds to a specific context, person and emotional situation. Feedback shows what worked, what created risk and what could be done differently next time.

Blended learning

Simulation only

Participants run the scenarios on their own, without a trainer-led session. The lightest option when a fixed workshop date is hard to arrange across teams.

Workshop + simulation + follow-up

A workshop sets the frame, simulations give each person individual practice, and a follow-up session closes the loop on what the group found difficult.

Full learning path with Digital Twin

The full programme: workshop, simulations and Digital Twin spread over a longer period, so practice continues between sessions instead of ending with one event.
