Why this is not a chatbot with a nice interface
Scenarios are designed on a methodology, not written ad hoc. Avatars follow a described personality and a defined goal, and the assessment runs on criteria set in advance for each module. The whole thing is being validated with real users inside a European healthcare innovation project.
