When you book a demo, request a consultation or ask about funded training, we collect the data you enter in the form: first name, last name, e-mail address, company name, phone number, the type of training you are interested in, and your message. We use this data solely to respond to your request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Submissions are stored in our content database (Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore) with access limited to our team.

The chat assistant on this site answers questions about Metaskills. The content of your conversation is processed by OpenAI (the operator of the language model) in order to generate replies. The conversation itself is kept in your browser's session storage and disappears when you close the tab — we do not store chat transcripts on our servers. Please do not enter personal or confidential information into the chat — it is not needed to answer questions about our product. To protect the service from abuse we apply a short-term request limit per IP address; these counters are kept in server memory only.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits. Without your consent no analytics cookies are set and no visitor identifier is stored. Videos are hosted by YouTube and load only after you press play. Details of both, including how to withdraw consent at any time, are described in our Cookie Policy.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., with serverless functions running in Frankfurt (EU). Content and form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Daily backups of the content database are kept in Google Firebase. Our processors are: Vercel (hosting), Google (database, backups, analytics, embedded videos) and OpenAI (AI assistant replies). Some of these providers are based in the United States; where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you contact us again about the same matter. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings. Assistant conversations are not stored on our servers at all.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its processing, object to processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
