Metaskills

CUSTOM PILOT

Practise the difficult conversation before it happens for real.

Describe one situation from your organisation. We build 1-3 AI simulations, run them for a selected group and show you whether it is worth scaling.

The pilot in 3 steps

  1. 01

    You choose the situation

One real conversation or problem. Give us examples, procedures and materials, or simply tell us what does not work today. Minimal input on your side.

  2. 02

    We build and run it

We create 1-3 realistic AI simulations and run them for a selected group. Participants practise in the browser; VR is optional. Real practice, not e-learning.

  3. 03

We check whether it is worth scaling

We analyse usage, repeat attempts and behaviour change. After the pilot you get the conclusions and make the decision: continue or stop. Low entry risk.
