Evidence from clinical settings

What happens when communication simulations meet real hospitals: what clinicians said, what broke, and how European healthcare organisations can actually buy something that does not exist off the shelf yet.

Pilot evidence · 117 participants · five sites

What 117 participants across five Spanish pilot sites told us

Two universities and three clinical and teaching institutions, in a project that ran from October 2025 to March 2026. Strong ratings - and a candid list of what had to be fixed, starting with the browser instability that blocked procurement intent.

What this series does not claim

None of the work in this series shows improved patient outcomes, and none of it shows that participants communicate better with real patients afterwards. Those are the questions everybody wants answered and they need controlled studies that have not been run. What these pages do show is deployment evidence: whether clinicians will use this, what breaks in a hospital network, what has to change before a scenario feels clinically real, and what a public healthcare organisation has to do to buy it. That is a narrower claim, and it is the one the evidence supports.
